"Pie Adblock (Honey Developer) Openly Ignoring The GPL" — "Pie Adblock (stesso Sviluppatore di Honey) che Apertamente Ignora la GPL"

Compagnia che fa una e due cose losche fa in realtà anche tre o quattro altre cose losche… chi lo avrebbe mai immaginato??? Quindi c’è di nuovo che rubano asset e codice da uBlock Origin bellamente, e speravano di farla franca, ma purtroppo per loro Reddit se n’è accorto. …Ma purtroppo per noi la faranno circa franca, perché il creatore di uBO ha detto di non voler perdere tempo con querele e robe… perché in realtà questo Pie è solo l’ennesima estensione che gli fa il mhaanz, non la prima. Ma non disperiamo: anche se loro non rilasceranno il sorgente intero, per via della natura virale della GPL, tecnicamente tutto Pie ora conta come GPL, e chiunque potrà rubare a sua volta da loro!!!

Company that does one and two shady things actually also does three or four other shady things… who could have ever imagined it??? So, we have as new things that they steal assets and code from uBlock Origin shamelessly, and they thought they could get away with it, but sadly for them Reddit noticed it. …But sadly for us they will kinda get away with it, because uBO’s creator said he doesn’t want to waste time with lawsuits and things… because actually this Pie is just the latest extension that does the mhaanz to them, not the first. But let’s not despair: even if they won’t release the entire source code, because of the GPL’s viral nature, technically all Pie now counts as GPL, and anyone will be able to steal from them then!!!
